What is salt therapy?

Salt therapy has been a natural healing treatment for over 100 years and is a particularly

excellent choice of natural, gentle, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, drug-free treatment for people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues.

This form of treatment promotes improved breathing, better sleeping abilities, healthier skin, less inflammation and toxicity and a stronger immune system.

Where does the salt come from?

Salt therapy uses micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt that have been placed inside a machine called a halogenerator. The halogenerator grinds the pharmaceutical-grade salt into minuscule particles, which are then dispersed throughout the treatment room.

How does salt therapy work?

The salt clears congestion, aids blocked airways, increases the amount of oxygen intake and can rid the body of the harmful effects of dust and city pollution. Additionally, it’s great for issues stemming from smoking and other common allergens. The tiny particles of salt are also able to permeate the skin, which aids in restoring a person’s body to a less toxic state, as well as providing an effective reduction in inflammation throughout.

Who can benefit from salt therapy?

People from any age with any form of respiratory or skin ailments as well as those in good health can benefit from salt therapy even if you want to just have a relaxing treatment with positive effects on your well-being or strengthen your immune system salt therapy can help.

Why is salt therapy effective?

The anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties help your sinuses and airways and the anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties help with inflamed skin and eczema.

As you expel the mucus and phlegm your symptoms of coughing, inflammation and shortness of breath should improve. With skin conditions you can expect to see a reduction in your redness and itching.
