BECS Direct Debit Terms and Condition

You are entering into a contract with Your Body Hub for a Weekly Exercise Class Membership in exchange for a weekly direct debit.
Contract Start Date: Today
Contract End Date: 6 months from today
Contract Duration & Automatic Renewal: Contract is in place from the contract start date with automatic renewal for subsequent months.
Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: Agrees to pay recurring fees as follows:
$79.98  weekly.

Cancellation: You may cancel your autopay schedule by providing 7 days notice at the end of your 6-month commitment. If you do not provide 7 days notice, a $50 administration fee may apply. Please send cancellation requests in writing to info@yourbodyhub.com.au

Direct Debit Information: You will be sent a direct debit form to complete. If an automatic direct debit arrangement is in place, your Membership Fees will continue to be debited from your nominated account until you or we advise your bank or credit provider of a cancelled agreement. If you end this Agreement or stop the automatic debit arrangement in a way not described in this Agreement, you may be liable for unpaid Fees or damages for breach of contract. You should, however, cancel any direct debit authorisation when your Agreement lawfully ends.
