I have been black listed because I have written a bad review last year for the service they provided me. Today when I called they said I have been rejected. They are after money but not quality of their service and the time allocated (I put a negative review last year for the way they treated).
I never behaved disrespectful behaviour even though the owner pointed out in his reply to this review, the owner lies a lot , well the owner doesn't have a proper answer to my query and she is trying to put it to my side.

I went to do a physiotherapy for half and hour. My appointment was at 5 PM and they took me 5.03 PM and the physiotherapist didn't do a good job.  He finished his job around 5.25PM and said he is getting another customer at 5.30PM. I actually got only 22 minutes service but they charge from Medicare for half an hour, ridiculous.
Not worth as they are only after money but no good quality.
